1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By entering your phone number on our website or by otherwise opting in (such as by texting a keyword or checking an opt-in box), you provide express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) to receive recurring SMS/text messages from or on behalf of BoxNJ. These messages may be sent via an automated dialing system and may include:

• Promotional offers and discounts

• Appointment reminders

• Service confirmations or updates

• Responses to customer inquiries

• Lead follow-ups and general customer support

Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Message Frequency

By enrolling in our SMS program, you agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration or small claims court on an individual basis. You waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
